01

What the class is

A strength-focused reformer class that uses springs, tempo and full-body movement patterns to build control under load. This is not a gentle stretch session: expect focused work, clear progressions and a coach who watches your technique.

02

How it feels

The resistance is adjustable, but the intention stays athletic. You will push, pull, hinge, squat and stabilize while the reformer asks your whole body to work together.

03

How we coach

Your coach demonstrates each sequence, then moves through the room to cue, check and adjust. Beginners can start with a suitable variation; experienced clients can progress the load and complexity.

A strong choice if you want to…

01

Build practical full-body strength.

02

Improve control and technique under resistance.

03

Train hard without losing movement quality.

Is this Reformer Pilates?+

It uses the reformer and Pilates principles such as control and precision, but ARI's approach is more athletic and strength-focused than a traditional Pilates class.

Can beginners join?+

Yes. If you are completely new to the reformer or to training, choose a Beginners class so your coach can introduce the equipment and foundations safely.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle and a small towel. Grip socks are optional but helpful; shoes are not needed.
