[ Mat × Mobility ]
Bodyweight control, active flexibility and strength through range — no reformer, just focused mobility that carries into training and daily life.

Mat Mobility develops active range and bodyweight control without the reformer. You work through hips, shoulders and spine with progressions that connect flexibility and strength.
The aim is not simply to reach a position. You build the strength to control it, return from it and use that range in your other training and daily movement.
Every movement can be adjusted to your current range. Your coach gives clear reference points so you know what you should feel and where the work belongs.

No. Mat Mobility trains broader whole-body range and joint control. The dedicated splits classes focus specifically on front and side splits.
Yes — hips are one of the main focuses. Instead of only stretching your hip flexors, you train them actively: controlled hip openers, strength through your full range and positions that counter long hours of sitting. If your hips feel stiff, this class meets you at your current level.
